This Privacy Policy explains how Framefitness Corp. ("Framefitness", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Framefitness mobile application and related services ("Services").
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Framefitness mobile app experience for phone users. It is managed separately from reformer firmware/reformer-screen experiences, even where the same email account is used.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account data: email address, authentication records, and security metadata.
- Profile data: first/last name, age, gender, height, weight, goals, interests, activity level, language, and units.
- Avatar data: uploaded profile image URL or selected profile color.
- Device and technical data: operating system information, app version, crash/error logs, and diagnostics.
- Usage data: session events, class engagement summaries, and profile completion status.
- Support data: communications when you contact us.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide and operate your account and profile,
- enable temporary linking between your mobile profile and reformer sessions,
- personalize in-app experience and progress insights,
- secure the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues,
- comply with legal requirements and enforce our terms,
- improve product reliability and quality.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share data only with:
- service providers acting on our instructions (for example, infrastructure and storage),
- legal/professional advisors,
- public authorities when required by law,
- a successor entity in case of merger, acquisition, or reorganization, as permitted by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
